Before Social Edge, Monica spent 13 years with Merill Lynch in Asset Management and Private Client. She is a proud graduate of Rutgers University with a Mathematics major and Philosophy minor. She received her MBA from the Graduate School of Management at Rutgers University.

Brooks launched a social business platform from scratch at BlackRock, the largest asset management firm in the world, and helped build it into a thriving online community for 10,000+ employees.
John has served in many Information Technology roles for nearly 20 years, including Application Development, Quality Assurance, Systems Integration, Sales Engineering, Project Technical Leadership, and Research & Development.
