Parts Town

Parts Town supplies their customers with genuine OEM restaurant equipment parts.  As a service to their 3rd party technicians who purchase, repair and install these components, Parts Town created the TechTown Community to allow technicians to collaborate with Parts Town's expert staff and one another.

The Challenge

An interactive forum for technicians that install and repair equipment can ask questions and easily access FAQs.

Our Approach

Jive-x customer support community, where members can ask questions and get answers quickly.  We focused on creating a streamlined community focused on Q&A for the initial launch. Post launch, the goal was to extend the community by providing more information from manufacturers and general community conversations about their craft.
