Social Edge's technology, community management and strategy services were required for Sugar Central, Sugar CRM's Jive-n community implementation. Under a very tight deadline, the team built out four use cases for the Sugar CRM's employee intranet. Included in the work were some app integrations, including Google Drive. There was also a need for external membership to certain areas of this social intranet, which Social Edge built, as well. With more than 500 members of their community, their page views ranked in the 10K region only four months after launching.
